At the core of Medini’s services is a client-centred approach that prioritises the preferences and goals of each individual. Her team works closely with clients and their families to understand their needs and aspirations, creating a collaborative and supportive environment.
Medini’s Support Care Services WA is committed to ensure each participant receives appropriate support relevant to their individual needs.
We have established a management system under the NDIS obligations.
A qualified health practitioner is responsible for the overall management of high intensity support clinical activities and medication of participants. Where it is not practicable by qualified health practitioner, or in case the participant or their families prefer other support professionals or support workers, we ensure that they have been provided with the appropriate training from a qualified and experienced health professional.
Our appropriately trained support professionals will be involved under the supervision of the qualified health practitioner in following the support plan, keeping them unchanged and reporting any concerning issues.
